For more than 25 years, Ted Secolo Construction has helped homeowners throughout Portland, NW Oregon, and SW Washington create spaces that feel more functional, comfortable, and connected to the way they live.

From kitchens and bathrooms to full home remodels, additions, basements, ADUs, and custom projects, we bring hands-on experience, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a personal approach to every job.

Who We Are

Ted Secolo Construction was built on a foundation of experience, hard work, and a genuine passion for residential construction. As an experienced carpenter who has worked in all phases of residential building, Ted brings practical knowledge and attention to detail to every project.

About the Founder

Ted Secolo is the founder of Ted Secolo Construction, a North Plains, Oregon–based residential construction company specializing in high-quality remodeling, custom woodworking, and bespoke building projects. With more than 25 years of hands-on building experience and over a decade leading his own company, Ted is known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and collaborative approach to construction. He works closely with homeowners and designers to create thoughtful, lasting spaces that blend beauty, functionality, and personalized design.
